Can I send the order as a gift?
Yes you can on checkout that it is a gift and we will not send the invoice in the parcel. You can add your personalised message on check out and it will be added to the parcel.
Change a wrong shipping address on an order?
You can change the shipping address if order has not been shipped as long as the new address is not in a different country. Please mail us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
We have made it our policy that once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return the products?
Our products have been quality checked thoroughly. We will accept a return only if you have received a damaged product in transit. Kindly inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving. Return to us in its original packaging and unused. Your amount will be refunded minus courier and handling charges within 15 days of receiving.
Why is there no tracking information?
Tracking information will be emailed to the entered email id at the time of checkout once the shipping formalities have been completed.
